As a technical project manager at Stackdrop, you will be pivotal in bridging the gap between the technical and business worlds, driving the development of our software products from conception to launch. You will work closely with engineering teams, as well as interface with stakeholders to ensure our services align.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and articulate compelling product visions and strategies that align with Stackdrop's business goals.
Define and prioritize product features and functionalities based on strategic goals / milestones and stakeholder communication.
Create and maintain a product roadmap, clearly communicating the vision, plans, and progress to both internal and external stakeholders.
Work closely with engineering teams to guide products from conception to launch, ensuring alignment with the product roadmap.
Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical departments, ensuring clear communication and understanding of product goals and specifications.
Implement and manage Agile methodologies for product development, including running sprints, planning meetings, and retrospectives.
Monitor project timelines and resources, ensuring products are delivered on time and on par with our internal standards
Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and insights, incorporating this information into product development
Assist in developing and maintaining stakeholder relationships, understanding their ongoing needs and concerns
Analyze product performance against key metrics and objectives, making data-driven decisions to improve product functionality and user experience
Regularly report on product performance, challenges, and future plans to senior management
Stay ahead of new technologies and methodologies in product management and our relevant technical fields
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and stakeholder focus within the product team
Requirements:
Technical background with an understanding of software development and web technologies.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset.
