What will your typical day look like?

• Develop and communicate clear product visions and strategies aligned with Stackdrop’s goals.

• Define and prioritize features based on strategic milestones, user needs, and stakeholder feedback.

• Create and maintain product roadmaps, providing clarity to both internal teams and external partners.

• Work hand-in-hand with engineering from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with scope and standards.

• Lead sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.

• Monitor project timelines and resources, ensuring delivery of high-quality, on-time products.

• Serve as the bridge between technical and non-technical teams, translating complex ideas into actionable steps.

• Gather insights from stakeholders and users to drive continuous improvement.

• Analyze performance metrics to inform decisions that improve product functionality and user experience.

• Present updates, challenges, and upcoming plans to senior leadership.

• Stay ahead of new tools, technologies, and methodologies to keep our approach innovative.

• Background in computer science, engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent experience).

• Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.

• Skilled communicator, comfortable working with both technical and business stakeholders.

• Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.

• Experienced in Agile methodologies, including running sprints and retrospectives.

• Familiar with software development and web technologies.

• Bonus if you have:

  • Hands-on development experience

  • Experience with ClickUp or similar project management tools

  • Exposure to automation platforms like Zapier, Retool, or workflow orchestration tools
